Return & Refund Policy

Returns Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at +918129737559 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping A flat return shipping fee of ₹40.00 will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees. Your refund will be processed for the full item price, minus the ₹40.00 return shipping fee.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items All items are eligible for return within the 7-day window — there are no final sale exclusions.
